The Indirect Sales (Retail, Resell, Marketplaces) department generates revenue and powers our organization forward in global emerging markets. We keep up with the latest sales trends and technology, incorporate them into our daily work, and keep in touch with each other for better results.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute distribution & retail channel strategies to expand market reach;

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new distribution partners and channel partners;

  • Manage relationships with existing distributors, wholesalers, and resellers;

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms with distribution partners;

  • Analyze market trends and competitor distribution strategies;

  • Set sales targets and KPIs for distribution channels;

  • Provide training and support to distribution partners;

  • Monitor channel performance and implement improvement initiatives;

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams.

Core Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field;

  • 5-7 years of experience in distribution, channel sales, or business development;

  • Proven track record of building and managing distribution networks;

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills;

  • Understanding of SaaS product implementation;

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Bonus Points For

  • MBA or advanced business degree;

  • Experience in the specific industry (specify: SaaS, Cyber Security, IT Distribution etc.);

  • Existing network of distribution contacts;

  • Multi-regional or international distribution experience.

Salary Range

  • Gross Salary 3400 - 4700 EUR/Month + Bonus
