We have an opportunity for a Distribution Associate II to join our team. In this role, you will support clinical trial projects by accurately picking and packing clinical site and depot shipments. You will provide warehouse support to Packaging, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Quality Assurance teams while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, current Good Manufacturing Practices, and standard operating procedures. While the primary focus is on distribution, you will also assist other operational areas as needed to support business needs.

The Role
Follow safety and handling guidelines to protect drugs, materials, and others
Pick and verify orders for processing
Perform final verification of processed orders
Verify and label orders during pack out
Complete order processing, including FedEx management, material verification, Kool Chain pack-out, temperature monitor usage, and label verification
Operate forklifts, order pickers, and related equipment safely, following OSHA guidelines
Restock distribution supplies such as boxes, coolers, gel bricks, and phase changes
Maintain and clean workstation
Work effectively with people from diverse cultures
Perform other duties as assigned
The Candidate
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations and forklift use, with valid or prior certification for Powered Industrial Trucks
Detail-oriented and well organized
Ability to read, write, and speak clear English
Able to work with little or no supervision
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet competing workplace demands
Basic computer skills, including e-mail and Microsoft Word
Basic mathematical skills
