We are expanding our Channel and Distribution footprint and are looking for a Distribution Account Manager to scale our SMB and mid‑market business via distributors and long-tail partners.
This is a high-volume, execution-focused role managing indirect SMB business via distribution. The focus is on driving scalable growth, operational excellence, and partner productivity across a broad ecosystem rather than owning a small number of strategic relationships.
Own and grow the distribution-led SMB and mid-market business, ensuring scalable revenue growth and operational excellence
Ensure smooth order processing and renewal execution via distribution partners, driving high renewal rates and minimizing churn, leveraging data and insights
Drive upsell and cross-sell motions via distributors and long-tail partners, increasing product adoption and revenue per customer
Identify and recruit new partners to strengthen regional partner coverage
Collaborate with partners to enter new market segments and regions
Support the onboarding, enablement, and activation of long-tail reseller partners to expand coverage and productivity
Ensure distribution partners have a strong understanding of TeamViewer products and solutions
Keep partners continuously informed about product updates, features, and value propositions
Deliver product training and enablement programs, including certifications
Support the development and refinement of distribution channel programs and policies
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have the necessary tools, support, and resources to succeed
Drive standardization and automation of distribution processes (e.g., onboarding, renewals, reporting, partner engagement)
Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, CAMs, Marketing, and Solution Engineering to execute joint GTM strategies
5–10+ years of experience in channel sales, distribution, or partner management in the software/SaaS industry
Strong understanding of IT distribution models, SMB business, and indirect sales via resellers
Experience working with distributors, VARs, and MSP ecosystems
Proven track record of driving renewals, retention, and SMB revenue growth
Ability to work in highly scalable, process-driven environments and manage long-tail partner ecosystems
Strong commercial mindset with focus on pipeline development, upsell, and cross-sell
Experience in Digital Workplace, endpoint management, or related enterprise software environments is a plus
Strong stakeholder management skills across Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams
Fluent in English and French, German is a plus
