ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an exceptional individual — one who has lived inside global financial institutions at the most senior technology and business levels and now wants to channel that expertise to shape the next wave of BFSI transformation at a global scale.
As the "Thinker" on the leadership triad, you are the intellectual anchor of our BFSI Business Unit. This is not a consulting role. This is an influence role. You are the person who walks into a room with a Global CTO of a G-SIB and is immediately treated as a peer. You author the Points of View (PoVs) that shape how our clients think about their most pressing challenges. You are the compass that keeps our solutions authentic, differentiated, and commercially relevant.

THE IDEAL PROFILE
You have held the chair of a Global CTO at a bank. You know what it feels like to present a technology budget to a Board. You have worked with legacy systems, regulatory constraints, and geopolitical risk. Now you want to leverage that knowledge to help multiple institutions transform, and to shape the strategic agenda of a company that touches hundreds of financial institutions globally.
