Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Distech Programmer
to be part ofthe development and standardization of our Distech building automation programming environment. This role will be responsible for helping establish Distechprogramming standards, supporting production-level programming, and serving as a technical leader for Distech controls projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced programming, configuration, and commissioning of Distech building automation systems.

• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and field technicians to ensure successful project delivery.

• Provide technical mentorship and guidance
  to junior programmers and controls technicians.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience programming Distech.

• Strong proficiency with Niagara Framework and Distech controllers

• Advanced troubleshooting and system integration experience within BAS/BMS environments

• Strong leadership potential with the ability to mentor technical staff.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, energy management, and building automation best practices.
