The Opportunity

The Disputes Industry Strategist will serve as a key partner in positioning Velera Disputes solutions as industry-leading offerings. This role blends strategic marketing, client engagement, and enablement responsibilities to create compelling narratives, drive thought leadership and deliver high-impact presentations. By collaborating across internal teams and leveraging industry insights, this individual will ensure our solutions are recognized for innovation, client advocacy and operational excellence.

Day in the Life

Strategic Positioning & Marketing

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Disputes solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and responsiveness to industry trends.

  • Create framework and messaging that articulates the unique value proposition of our solutions.

  • Partner with marketing to produce client-facing collateral, case studies, blogs, newsletters and thought leadership content.

  • Identify and pursue PR opportunities, including industry awards, event participation and recognition programs.

Client Engagement & Enablement

  • Equip internal stakeholders (Sales, Account Management, Service teams) with tools, training and strategic messaging to effectively communicate solution capabilities.

  • Develop and deliver high-impact presentations for leadership discussions, client forums and industry events.

  • Build and execute client experience feedback processes to inform continuous improvement and strategic positioning.

Industry Awareness & Collaboration

  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive positioning to inform strategy.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution of marketing and enablement initiatives.

  • Advocate for both clients and the organization, enhancing experiences and fostering trust.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing strategy, client engagement or enablement roles with demonstrated leadership in thought leadership, go-to-market strategies and stakeholder management.

  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills, graphic designing experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of financial services preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.

  • Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment in making decisions

  • Ability to travel as needed, less than 25%

Pay Equity

$95,800.00 - $124,500.00

Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
