Job Description

As a Dispute & Query Associate in our Global Business Support (GBS) team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence and compliance across our Invoice-to-Pay processes. We Want You
- Investigate and resolve Accounts Payable disputes and queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues, adhering to ENGIE policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex cases and identify process improvements
- Maintain clear documentation and audit trails for all dispute and query cases
- Contribute to standardization and automation initiatives across the GBS network
Who Are You
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-5+ years of experience in Invoice-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, or customer service
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP S4/Hana preferred) and invoice management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset
- Advanced English and French language skills (both written and spoken)
