Dispute Expert with German (all genders)
Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analysis or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience:
No prior experience required with Bachelor's OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in Credit Risk Management, Financial Analysis, Accounts Receivable Management, Contract Management, Collections or equivalent.
Your role:
Coordination of dispute process among different functions ensuring effective adoption of dispute standard processto ensure they are dealtin line with internal policies and procedures and agreed SLAs
Monitoring if disputes are logged with sufficient informationand as per provided WI
Monitoring if disputes are assignedand reassignedas per resolutionflow
Monitoring if resolution is communicated to the Customerby agreed channels
FSCM Housekeeping
Setting-up and coordinating dispute Daily Managementfor each of the zoneswith Resolversfrom across the functionsto drive effective resolution within agreed SLAs
Setting-up and coordinating dispute councilsfor each of the zoneswithHOFs,Dispute Resolvers Representatives for each functionto drive effective resolution within agreed SLAs
Dispute Management Team will deliver thereports for the disputeDMs andcouncils Content informaton per dispute will be provided by assigned resolversvia FSCM
Identifying and highlighting short and long term improvement actions in order to support dispute inflow reductionbased on root causeidentifiedbytheResolvers
Report out current disputes value and volumes to rlevant stakeholders
Driving effective reporting implementation
Dispute Specialist acting as a go to person in case of any clarifications on the dispute processrequired driving and facilitating FSCM usage
Regular trainings on any dispute process related topics
