As a Disposition Agent, you will serve as the primary listing expert for our investor-held properties. You’ll work closely with our Institutional Sales team to bring properties to market efficiently and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction and a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting pre-listing property evaluations and collaborating on pricing strategies
Coordinating professional photography, marketing setup, and listing documentation
Strategically positioning listings on the MLS to attract high-quality offers
Gathering showing feedback and providing weekly reports to investor clients
Recommending price adjustments based on market performance and data
Evaluating offers and negotiating terms for the highest possible investor return
Coordinating the contract-to-close process, including repairs, appraisal follow-up, and closing documentation
