Terminabsprachen und Koordination zwischen Kunde und Techniker
Überwachung der fristgerechten Ausführung der Einsätze
Planung der Servicearbeiten und teilweise Beschaffung des benötigten Materials durch interne Stellen
Fristgerechte Rapportverarbeitung im SAP
Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position (disponieren von Servicetechnikern) von Vorteil
Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Kundenkontakt
Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch
Sehr gute Französischkenntnisse zwingend, mündlich fliessende Verständigung
Gute MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
