GUTEX Holzfaserplattenwerk H. Henselmann GmbH & Co KG
Gutenburg 5
79761 Waldshut-Tiengen
GUTEX is one of Europe’s pioneers in ecological insulation solutions. The family business based in the Black Forest near where the borders of Germany, Switzerland, and France meet started producing insulating materials made of wood over 88 years ago. This wood comes from sustainably managed forests located close to the GUTEX plant, and while nothing has changed in the origins of the raw material, the products it is used to make are subject to ongoing optimisations in their physical construction and workmanship. Today, GUTEX supplies sophisticated insulation solutions for roofs, façades, and interiors. They offer lasting quality, a healthy indoor climate, and energy efficiency, characteristics that are backed up by the recognised “natureplus” quality seal for healthy living environments, the KEYMARK European product quality mark, EMAS certification for outstanding environmental management, and PEFC sustainability certification.
