A well-established, family-owned optical and hearing care provider is looking to recruit a full-time Dispensing Optician or experienced Dispensing Assistant to join its team.

The successful candidate will work within modern, newly fitted practices and be supported by an engaging and forward-thinking management team who are committed to providing guidance and support.
This position is ideal for a passionate dispensing professional who enjoys working on the shop floor, advising patients, and helping them find eyewear solutions that suit both their vision and personal style.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience while maintaining the highest standards of professional advice and service.
• Qualified Dispensing Optician
• Passionate about eyewear, style, and delivering excellent patient service
• Confident working directly with patients and advising on frame and lens choices
• Friendly, positive, and approachable with strong communication skills
• Motivated to create a welcoming and professional in-store experience

• Salary is starting from £34k FTE
• Paid ABDO and/or GOC professional fees
