Deliver a warm, personalised customer journey aligned with the practice’s premium positioning
Dispense, fit, and style high-end optical and sunglass frames for a discerning client base
Share expert product knowledge and confident styling advice
Maintain exceptional store presentation and contribute to visual merchandising standards
Support daily practice operations, including appointment coordination and stock management
Previous experience in an optical environment (qualified Dispensing Optician)
Strong product knowledge with a natural flair for styling and aesthetics
Customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
Genuine passion for design, fashion, and craftsmanship
