We are recruiting for a high-end independent optical practice in the heart of Central London, which is looking for a passionate and commercially minded GOC-registered Dispensing Optician to join its growing team.

Competitive salary of £35,000 to £40,000, depending on experience
Monday to Friday working

You will play an important role in delivering an exceptional patient journey, providing expert dispensing advice and helping customers select stylish, high-quality eyewear that suits their individual needs.
Alongside all aspects of dispensing and patient care, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the wider development of the practice, including:
Frame buying and product selection
Eyewear styling
Pricing strategy
Supporting recruitment and team development
Improving the patient experience
Contributing to the commercial performance of the practice
Glazing experience would be advantageous, but it is not essential.
We are looking for someone who is:
GOC registered
Experienced and confident in all aspects of dispensing
Passionate about eyewear, fashion and styling
Commercially aware
Dynamic, ambitious and proactive
Confident building relationships with patients
Committed to delivering outstanding customer service
A minimum of three years’ dispensing experience is preferred.
