We provide high-quality eye examinations, bespoke frame styling, contact lens fitting and an expertly curated range of designer eyewear. Our team delivers tailored solutions and builds long-term relationships with patients who value clinical excellence and bespoke service.
As a Dispensing Optician you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding patient experience from consultation through to final dispensing. You will work closely with optometrists and the wider team to recommend, fit and adjust eyewear solutions that improve vision and enhance lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct professional dispensing and fitting of spectacles and contact lenses
Offer expert frame styling advice tailored to individual needs
Provide thorough aftercare and adjustments as required
Ensure every patient journey reflects exceptional service standards
Work collaboratively with the clinical team to deliver personalised optical solutions
Maintain accurate patient records and follow industry best practice
To succeed in this role you should have:
GOC registration as a Dispensing Optician
FBDO qualification
Clinical experience in a dispensing optician position
Excellent communication and patient service skills
A professional, friendly and patient-centric approach
Previous optical practice experience is essential.
