Role Purpose:
Mục đích công việc:

To correctly and accurately dispense dyes and chemicals for laboratory batches through efficient operation of automatic laboratory dispensing equipment.
Để định lượng và phân phối thuốc nhuộm và hóa chất cho các mẻ thí nghiệm một cách chính xác, hiệu quả thông qua việc vận hành thiết bị cấp phát phòng thí nghiệm tự động.

Follow Company Health and Safety regulation.
Tuân thủ theo quy định và chính sách An toàn Sức khỏe của Công ty.
Ensure all accidents/incidents and near miss are reported immediately for Lab supervisor.
Đảm bảo tất cả tai nạn/sự cố/các tình huống suýt gây tai nạn được báo cáo ngay lập tức cho tổ trưởng phòng Lab.
Actively look for areas where safety can be improved to report to relevant people.
Chủ động tìm kiếm các khu vực có thể cải thiện an toàn và báo cáo cho người liên quan.
Maintain standards for housekeeping.
Duy trì tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh và sắp xếp nơi làm việc.
Ensure a high level of safety awareness is maintained at all times and take steps to eliminate all risk factors and potential hazards.
Luôn duy trì ý thức an toàn cao và thực hiện các biện pháp loại bỏ rủi ro, mối nguy tiềm ẩn.

Productivity/Quality (Năng suất/Chất lượng):

Practice/dispense chemicals and dyestuffs in accordance with batch drugline and in line with relevant SOPs.
Thực hiện cân/pha hóa chất và thuốc nhuộm theo công thức mẻ và đúng quy trình SOP liên quan.
Operate the automatic dispensing equipment in accordance with relevant SOPs and within manufacturer’s guidelines.
Vận hành thiết bị cấp phát tự động theo SOP và hướng dẫn của nhà sản xuất.
Ensure dyestuff and chemical solutions are accurately prepared in a timely manner following exhaustion or shelf-life expiry.
Đảm bảo dung dịch thuốc nhuộm và hóa chất được chuẩn bị chính xác, kịp thời khi hết hoặc hết hạn sử dụng.
Ensure highest levels of cleanliness of dispensing machine and dispensing pots in order to prevent any contamination issues that may affect dyeing performance.
Đảm bảo vệ sinh tối đa cho máy cấp phát và dụng cụ chứa để tránh nhiễm bẩn ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng nhuộm.
Ability to diagnose and correct basic machine faults on auto-dispensing equipment, ensuring prompt notification of maintenance department should a more serious fault be diagnosed.
Có khả năng chẩn đoán và khắc phục các lỗi cơ bản của máy cấp phát tự động, đồng thời thông báo ngay cho bộ phận bảo trì nếu có lỗi nghiêm trọng.
Work cooperatively with the Dyeing Machine Operator to ensure timely preparation of dye and chemical solutions and adjust dispensing sequence to eliminate machine down time.
Phối hợp với người vận hành máy nhuộm để chuẩn bị dung dịch kịp thời và điều chỉnh trình tự cấp phát nhằm giảm thời gian dừng máy.
Achieve LpMpD target.
Đạt mục tiêu LpMpD.
Other as requested by Lab Supervisor.
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của giám sát phòng Lab.

High school graduate.
Tốt nghiệp trung học phổ thông.
Good attitude

Be able to work with computer

Basic technical knowledge of dyeing methods, dyestuffs and auxiliary chemicals.

Ability to understand document in English.
Có khả năng hiểu tài liệu bằng tiếng Anh.
