
General Dynamics Electric Boat, the nation's premier designer and builder in nuclear submarines, is seeking a Transportation Logistics Planner to join our Material Control team. Material Control maintains warehouse and buffer storage for all Submarine Programs.

The Transportation Logistics Planner will need to exercise problem recognition and resolution skills, provide support for all transportation activities between QP departments to include Major and Complex moves, and will be required to interface with various levels of management and shipyard personnel in order to ensure work completion. The Transportation Logistics Planner is also responsible for the QP Forklift safety program to include the Forklift Accident Prevention Team.
