About Us

This is a temporary seasonal position with an expected duration of 4 months.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate closely with dispatch to manage truck dispatching, scale operations, and ensure accurate delivery of materials.
  • Process customer orders, collaborate with sales, handle data entry of orders and scale tickets, and manage payment processing and reporting.
  • Communicate clearly with truck drivers and customers, providing directions, answering inquiries, and delivering high level customer service.
  • Monitor site operations by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring efficient, accurate workflow at the pit.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities including measurement conversions, daily tasks, and resolving customer issues as they arise.

What Are We Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Motivated, energetic team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Solid basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.
  • Experience in the aggregate industry is considered an asset.
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule as needed.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
  • Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as required.
  • May work long hours during peak times.
