The Dispatcher II plays a critical role in supporting patient safety, access, and operational reliability by coordinating emergency and non-emergency communications, dispatching security and transport personnel, and monitoring safety systems across Kettering Health facilities. This position ensures timely, accurate, and confidential communication to support safety and security operations, contributing to a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Performs other duties as assigned.
