Dispatcher (HVAC & Plumbing) – Austin, TX

About the Role

This is not a “set it and forget it” scheduling job. You’ll own the board in real time — making decisions that impact revenue, technician efficiency, and customer experience every single day.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage the daily schedule in ServiceTitan
• Dispatch the right technician to the right call based on skill, location, and opportunity
• Adjust the board throughout the day to maximize productivity and revenue
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding ETAs and changes
• Support technicians in the field to keep jobs running smoothly
• Ensure jobs are completed, rescheduled properly, and closed out accurately

What You Bring

• Experience dispatching in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceTitan or similar software
• Ability to handle a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Confident decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Clear, professional communication with customers and field teams
• A proactive mindset — you stay ahead of problems, not behind them

Requirements

• Able to work on-site in Austin, Texas
• Comfortable making outbound customer calls
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen upon offer
• Active work authorization in the U.S.
• Schedule will include one weekend day on a regular basis
