About the Team

You will be part of a logistics and supply chain team responsible for coordinating transportation, customs processes, and freight cost control. The team works closely with internal departments such as procurement, warehouse, and finance, as well as external partners including transport companies and customs authorities. Our environment is fast-paced and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will contribute to ensuring smooth and cost-effective logistics operations in an international context.

What you can look forward to as Dispatcher Forwarding and Freight Auditing:

• Daily communication with transport companies and courier services, including transport organization and shipment tracking
• Preparation and processing of transport documentation in SAP, including resolving system-related issues
• Handling and verification of transport documents (CMR, AWB, CIM, B/L, TIR, ATA Carnet, etc.)
• Coordination of domestic and international shipments, including returns to suppliers and shipments from external warehouses
• Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and Free Zone requirements
• Managing freight auditing activities, including verification of transport invoices, transit times, and transport routes in line with contracts
• Maintaining and monitoring foreign trade and customs data in internal systems
• Managing and tracking of goods and preparing related documentation

Your Profile as Dispatcher Forwarding and Freight Auditing:

• University degree
• Experience in transport coordination, freight forwarding
• Good knowledge of transport and customs documentation (CMR, AWB, JCI, T1, EX, etc.)
• Understanding of transport regulations, foreign trade processes, and Free Zone operations
• Experience in SAP or similar systems is an advantage
• Good command of English
