What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Coordinator/Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by:

• Scheduling and dispatching HVAC and Plumbing Service Technicians efficiently
• Reviewing and optimizing technician routes to maximize productivity
• Answering incoming calls from existing customers and providing outstanding customer service
• Accurately entering and maintaining service ticket information
• Creating dispatch numbers for ordered parts and tracking order status
• Following up on part deliveries and coordinating installation appointments
• Collaborating with technicians and internal teams to ensure timely service completion

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Minimum of 2 years of office and/or customer service experience (dispatching experience preferred)
• Professional demeanor and presentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and proactively manage schedules
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency and the ability to learn dispatching and customer management software
