Job Description

Your main responsibilities:

• Assigning shipments to couriers based on optimal routes and delivery priorities to ensure efficient service.
• Planning courier routes, taking into account traffic volume, weather conditions, and regional specifics.
• Responding quickly to delays, delivery issues, and unforeseen situations to minimize disruptions to operations.
• Resolving day-to-day operational issues, such as vehicle breakdowns or problems with recipient availability.
• Collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure shipments are prepared for dispatch on time.
• Proposing improvements to courier workflow organization to increase efficiency and service quality.

This is the right job for people who:

• Have experience in a similar position at a courier company
• Have a basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (preferred)
• Have a high school diploma
• Are familiar with the city’s layout
• Are communicative and enjoy working with others
• We work as a team on a daily basis
• They are capable of making independent decisions and performing effectively under stressful conditions
• They are open to working shifts: 5 a.m.–1 p.m.; 10 a.m.–6 p.m.; 2 p.m.–10 p.m.
