Summary:

Duck Duck Rooter Plumbing, Septic and Air Conditioning is a renowned service company based in Jacksonville, Florida. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, reliable, customer service oriented and detail-oriented plumbing focused Dispatcher. The individual will answer phones, schedule incoming appointments and provide excellent customer care. Must work well with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
• ??Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner
• ??Preforms out-bound calls to confirm customer appointments - must have experience in the plumbing industry septic experience a plus but not required
• ??Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
• ??Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
• ??Maintain customer records and update information as needed |
• ??Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• ??Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working for a plumbing or septic company in a customer service role preferred
• ??Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• ??Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• ??Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• ??Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
• ??Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
