As the heart of our daily operations, you'll play a critical role in connecting our customers with the right technicians while helping our team deliver exceptional service every day.

Rate: Starting at $21/hr

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day.
• Match the right technician to each job based on skillset, location, and performance.
• Manage technician schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, and managers.
• Monitor work orders for accuracy and make corrections when needed.
• Analyze appointment history and technician performance to improve scheduling decisions.
• Handle multiple priorities, phone calls, emails, and schedule changes with confidence.
• Motivate technicians by communicating opportunities and helping them succeed.
• Follow company processes while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Provide outstanding customer service and represent Harris with a positive attitude.
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
