Location: Palatine, IL serving the Kildeer School District
Schedule: Afternoon - PM schedule

Be the heartbeat of daily operations! As a Dispatcher, you’ll keep buses moving, solve real-time challenges, and play a key role in delivering safe, reliable service to the community.

✅ What You’ll Do
• Dispatch buses and manage daily routes for on-time performance
• Communicate with drivers and customers to resolve issues fast
• Monitor routes and make real-time decisions in a high-energy environment
• Handle busy phone and radio communication
• Support driver scheduling, coaching, and daily operations

• What You Bring
• 3+ years of dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• CDL (or ability to obtain) preferred
