As a Dispatcher, you're the heartbeat of our operations—coordinating routes, supporting our awesome drivers and monitors, and making sure students get to and from school safely. Support, coach, and guide drivers and monitors
Manage radio and phone communication
Address scheduling issues and driver concerns
Serve as the main point of contact for our school district partners
Assist with payroll, charters, billing, and more
Step in with clerical support or as a backup driver when needed
Lead or assist with special projects
High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with dispatch equipment and systems
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Computer proficiency
Must pass DOT drug test and physical (Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, not permitted)
