Our International Team consists of over 170 professionals delivering best quality solutions for our customers.The Dispatcher will support the daily operational coordination of the Traffic Control department. This role is responsible for real-time communication with field crews, customers, and supervisors, as well as monitoring work zones through live camera systems.

The Dispatcher will help ensure that field operations are properly coordinated, client requests are handled on time, incidents are escalated quickly, and all operational information is accurately documented for reporting and payroll purposes.

This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and good communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor live camera feeds from active work zones to ensure site safety, compliance, and operational progress.
• Dispatch field crews and specialized equipment to job sites according to the approved schedule.
• Process incoming client requests and ensure they are properly added to the current work schedule.
• Handle incoming calls and messages from US-based customers, field crews, and supervisors.
• Serve as a communication point between office staff, field teams, supervisors, and customers.
• Register complaints, claims, and operational issues, and escalate them to management when needed.
• Immediately notify management or supervisors about emergencies, incidents, delays, or other issues at road sites.
• Maintain accurate operational logs, including crew start and end times, for reporting and payroll calculation.
• Assist supervisors with daily reports and documentation.
• Support smooth communication between office and field teams.
• Follow internal procedures and ensure all information is recorded accurately and on time.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Education

• Higher education is not mandatory.
• Students or recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Experience

• Previous experience is not required.
• Training will be provided.

Skills and Knowledge

• Intermediate to Advanced English is required for communication with US-based customers and field crews.
• Basic Russian is required for internal communication with field employees and supervisors.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with real-time monitoring systems.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions in time-sensitive situations.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to follow established procedures.
