As a Dispatcher, you will schedule, plan, and dispatcher drivers for the transfer of clients to their appropriate destination. You will report to the Program Manager.

Primary Tasks:
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
1. Assign vehicles according to factors, such as length and purpose of trip, passenger requirements, preference of user and other factors. 2. Coordinate deliveries, service calls and related activities and Records time of departure, destination and expected time of return. 3. Issue keys, record sheets and credentials to drivers and investigate overdue vehicles. 4. Confer with clients to expedite or locate missing, misrouted or delayed driver. 5. Perform filing, scheduling appointments. 6. Respond in timely manner to clients, other drivers and superiors as well as establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, drivers, staff and superiors. 7. Assist in development and training of staff as required. 8. Prepare narrative reports and maintain client information, materials and files in a highly confidential manner per policy and procedure 9. May be required to transport 10. Other duties as may be assigned.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload, recommends changes in office practices or procedures
Must be proficient in MS word, Excel, Power Point and the Internet
