SumnerOne is seeking a customer service oriented Dispatcher to join our growing team! The Dispatcher, plays a pivotal role in seamless service coordination and technician dispatch. From scheduling repairs to optimizing routes, the dispatcher ensures our customers' printing needs are met with speed and precision!

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch our skilled technicians for printer and copier repairs, maintenance, and installations
• Prioritize service requests based on urgency, technician availability, and customer requirement
• Collaborate with customers to gather information, ensuring we understand their needs inside out
• Keep accurate records of service requests, equipment details, and work performed
• Monitor technician progress, keeping customers informed about arrival times and any changes
• Help optimize technician routes, minimizing travel time
• Work closely with the Service Manager to address and resolve service requests
• Communicate effectively with technicians, giving clear instructions and setting customer expectations
• Handle basic customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues when needed
• Learn and improve dispatching processes to boost efficiency

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for logistics or customer service training)
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and juggling multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency and a willingness to learn dispatch systems
