The Dispatcher is responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience while managing the customerâs needs in a timely, effective manner. Each dispatcher is assigned an area zone and is required to prioritize calls by requested times, size of customer, and customer need. You will be directly responsible to ensure work is being done in the most efficient way possible while driving productivity to meet goals set by management.
