We are looking for a qualified team member to join our company operating in the aviation industry as a Dispatcher.

General Qualifications:

• Preferably graduated from relevant Associate or Bachelor’s Degree programs, with a preference for Civil Aviation.
• Good written and spoken English proficiency,
• Strong teamwork orientation and communication skills,
• Ability to work flexible hours on a shift basis,
• For male candidates, completion of military service,
• Preferably residing in Antalya.

• To ensure that daily operations are carried out on time by working in coordination with relevant departments of the OCC,
• The required knowledge, experience, and skills for flight dispatcher licensing are defined in Turkish DGCA Regulation SHY-UHU and ICAO Annex 1 – Personnel Licensing,
• The applicant shall meet the medical requirements for shift work,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Good coordination and communication skills,
• Ability to work under pressure and manage workload,
• Preparing flight plans according to weather reports (including METARs, TAFs, and weather charts), NOTAMs, MEL/CDL items, and other company requirements,
• Filing and following up ATC Flight Plans,
• Conducting pre-flight briefings for the crew,
• Distributing flight plans,
• Re-routing flights as necessary and calculating appropriate fuel loads,
• Ensuring compliance with Company Operations Manuals,
• Performing flight watch from departure to destination until flight termination,
• Managing daily permit, slot, and overflight permit applications, changes, and cancellations,
• Coordinating with ground suppliers and internal units,
• Supporting schedule planning and operational changes,
• Taking necessary measures by acting proactively and coordinating with relevant units during disruptions,
• Preparing and distributing the daily schedule sheet to relevant departments,
• Processing daily operational tasks in accordance with applicable work procedures,
• Monitoring services on the timeline and obtaining confirmations promptly,
• Monitoring flights on the timeline and resolving issues immediately to prevent possible delays,
• Performing other duties within the scope of the position and reporting to the relevant Manager(s).
