We are currently recruiting for Dispatch - Administrative Support.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Enter orders into the system
• Maintains an accurate daily attendance roster of drivers
• Ensure that drivers clock their time accurately and that any ‘write-in’ time is accurately reflected in the daily report
• Communicate with department employees, dispatching to needed locations to respond to routine requests or emergency situations
• Answers phones
• Maintains assigned files and records; receive and process information according to established guidelines and procedures
• Performs a variety of clerical support duties as assigned; type correspondence, memos and other items; compile data from clearly defined sources and prepare reports; answer telephone, route calls or messages
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Demonstrates intermediate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite – Outlook, Excel and Word
