DISPATCH RIDER (MEDICAL EQUIPMENT COMPANY)

Salary: ₦100,000 - ₦150,000 monthly

We are seeking a reliable, disciplined, and experienced Dispatch Rider to support the timely and safe delivery of medical equipment, supplies, and documents to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and partner facilities across Lagos. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Lagos routes, demonstrate professionalism in handling sensitive medical deliveries, and strictly adhere to traffic laws and company protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Safely transport medical equipment, documents, and supplies to assigned destinations across Lagos and surrounding areas
• 
  Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of items in line with scheduled dispatch orders
• 
  Maintain proper handling and security of fragile and sensitive medical items during transit
• 
  Plan and navigate efficient routes to avoid delays and ensure prompt delivery
• 
  Maintain accurate delivery records, receipts, and proof of delivery documentation
• 
  Conduct routine checks on assigned motorcycle to ensure roadworthiness and report faults promptly
• 
  Comply strictly with all Lagos State traffic laws and company safety regulations
• 
  Maintain a professional appearance and courteous behavior when interacting with clients and hospital personnel
• 
  Report delivery status, delays, or issues immediately to the logistics supervisor
• 
  Ensure proper care and maintenance of company-issued motorcycle and equipment

Requirements / Qualifications

• 
  Minimum of 3+ years proven experience as a dispatch rider
• 
  Valid Riders Permit / Motorcycle License (mandatory)
• 
  Strong knowledge of Lagos roads, routes, and traffic patterns
• 
  Good understanding of road safety regulations and compliance with traffic laws
• 
  Ability to handle medical equipment and sensitive items with care
• 
  Good communication and interpersonal skills
• 
  Physically fit and able to work under pressure and long hours when required
• 
  Honest, punctual, and highly reliable
• 
  Basic record-keeping and reporting ability
• 
  Must reside within Lagos or its environs
