Activities

• Manage and optimize truck utilization and deliveries to ensure accurate transport costs.
• Monitor number of trips and improve truck utilization and customer service levels.
• Prepare dispatch schedules and delivery priorities.
• Communicate plans to depots, warehouses, and transporters.
• Prepare and close monthly peddling stock reports.
• Support Post Goods Issue
• Ensure coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate delivery delays, schedule changes, and estimated delivery times.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, depots, and transporters to ensure on-time delivery.
• Review and update dispatch and delivery documentation.
• Work on shift rotation to support 24/7 operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in transport or logistics operations.
• Understanding of logistics processes and SAP.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving and proactive mindset.
• Computer literacy.
• Good command of Khmer and English.
