WE’RE HIRING A DISPATCH ENGINEER IN SINGAPORE!

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive DISPATCH ENGINEER who will Handled incident resolution and fulfilled service requests, including IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) requests. Provided hands-and-eyes support for IT infrastructure devices, supported and maintained meeting room IT equipment, and managed printer support. Assisted with both planned and unplanned infrastructure activities, including first-level troubleshooting under the guidance of the concerned team. Escorted third-party vendor engineers and provided support for Windows, basic Mac, and Linux systems following customer-provided SOPs.

Job Description:
Onsite support service will be responsible for service requests, break & fix and IMACDs processes for:

  • End user support

  • End user support in Digital bars

  • IT Vending machines process support

  • Meeting room and conferencing IT equipment support

  • Print service support.

  • VIP user support where applicable

  • Basic Mac Support

  • Linux Support (SOP Based)

Onsite support service will be responsible for Hands & Eyes and Computer room support for:

  • Incident’s resolution

  • Service requests fulfillment

  • IMACD’s (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) request fulfillment.

  • Hands and Eyes support for IT infrastructure devices

  • Meeting room IT equipment support and maintenance.

  • Printer support

  • Planned / Unplanned Infra activities wherever needed including first level trouble shooting under
    guidance of concern team

  • Escorting of Third-Party vendor engineers

  • Windows, basic Mac support, Linux Support (per the step-by-step SOPs provided by the
    Customer)


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.

  • Has 2-3 years of experience

  • Can speak English

  • Must be Local/Citizen

  • Must be willing to work onsite
