Job Description

As our Dispatch Coordinator, you'll play an integral role in delivering the by charlotte experience behind the scenes. Working closely with our Warehouse Manager and Distribution Centre team, you'll ensure every online order is fulfilled with accuracy, efficiency and care - from personalised pieces to everyday deliveries. Through your attention to detail and collaborative approach, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly while creating a seamless experience for every customer.

*Please note this is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will:

• Own the accurate and timely fulfilment of B2C orders across our Online and Dropship channels, ensuring every order leaves the warehouse correctly and on time.
• Oversee the execution of personalisation services - including engraving and locket printing, with meticulous attention to detail and brand presentation standards.
• Process customer returns via Indigo8, working closely with the Customer Care team to resolve discrepancies.
• Support inventory management in collaboration with the Merchandise Assistant, including stock counting, product labelling, stock movement and overall warehouse organisation.
• Lead the dispatch floor on shift — keeping the team focused on daily KPIs, contributing to workflow improvements and ensuring smooth end-of-day handovers.
• Assist in onboarding and training casual team members, representing by charlotte's standards and ways of working with care and consistency.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in a warehouse, dispatch or retail fulfilment environment, with eCommerce fulfilment or inventory management experience highly regarded.
• Confidence using systems such as Shopify, Starshipit, and Indigo8, or the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Naturally organised with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• A collaborative communicator who enjoys supporting those around you and contributing to a positive team environment.
• Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, with a continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to learn.
