About the role

Reporting to the Despatch Supervisor and based at our Mesh facility in Mayfield, you will be responsible for coordinating loading schedules, preparing accurate documentation and ensuring timely, efficient despatch.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate and despatch all orders through SAP in line with delivery schedules
• Ensure appropriate fleet allocation to meet daily delivery requirements
• Verify accurate loading and despatch of correct customer orders
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient order fulfilment
• Maintain accurate freight records and prepare delivery documentation
• Conduct load checks, audits, and ensure compliance with load restraint requirements

What you will bring:

• Experience or knowledge of the transport/heavy vehicle industry, including load compliance (highly desirable)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and legislative requirements
• Reliable, punctual, self‑motivated, and able to work autonomously
• Process‑driven with strong attention to detail and resilience in a fast‑paced environment
• Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office and SAP; load restraint and plant operation knowledge desirable (or willingness to learn)
