Rolleston Open Cut is a 16Mtpa thermal coal mine located in the southern Bowen Basin in Central Queensland. With a long life of mine and low operating costs, the mine has a bright outlook. Since 2005, we have grown to become one of the largest surface mines in Australia, whilst continuing to foster a culture underpinned by safety, achievement, flexibility and teamwork to improve the skills of each and every person on the mine site every day. About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to join our dynamic and successful team. As a valued member of the production team and reporting directly to the Fleet Management Systems Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Demonstrated skills in Modular Mining Systems and MinVu reporting.
• Continuously monitoring the mining fleet to capture information and ensure the availability of accurate real-time data for the operations.
• liaising with the Production and Maintenance Departments to collect, validate, and report production statistics.
• Work closely with Production Superintendents and Supervisors to ensure equipment allocation is both optimised and prioritised to achieve planned objectives.
• Monitor the radio communication system, geological radar, operator awareness and equipment high precision systems.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Developed understanding of risk management and safe work procedures.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team.
• Previous experience in the industry.
• Relevant qualifications
• Promoting and maintaining a high level of positive safety performance and workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of the company values.
• Ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders.
