About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Dispatch Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate daily dispatch operations, ensure timely delivery of goods, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate daily dispatch activities.
• Prepare and process delivery documentation, invoices, and dispatch records.
• Monitor delivery schedules and communicate updates to drivers and customers.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs and inventory records.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a dispatch, logistics, or administrative role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
