The Character Programs and Development Content Creation Team is responsible for the creation and maintenance of written and visual costume documentation materials used to sustain the quality, integrity, and overall operational use of Character costumes worldwide. We ensure that all applicable End Users have access to accurate and consistent content, informed by Subject Matter Experts, that is continuously updated throughout the life of each Character.
If selected to be part of the team, you will report to the Manager, Character Content.
This is a full-time 6-month internship from January 2027 to June 2027, located Orlando, FL.
· Be enrolled in an accredited college/university, taking at least one class at the time of application posting, OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
· Be at least 18 years of age
· Possess unrestricted work authorization
· Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and have the ability to operate a company vehicle
· Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
· Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
· Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
· Able to provide reliable transportation to/from work
· Must be fully available for the duration of the internship

The pay rate for this role in Orlando, FL is $22.00 per hour.
