What You’ll Be Doing

• Keep dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils clean, polished, and ready for service
• Help the kitchen run smoothly during busy restaurant, banquet, and event operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dish area
• Operate commercial dish machines and washing stations efficiently
• Assist with trash removal, recycling, and overall kitchen cleanliness
• Support the culinary team with basic prep and other kitchen tasks when needed
• Take pride in keeping the heart of the kitchen moving
