TITLE:Dishwasher
LOCATION: The Summit at Snowbird

Must be able to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays
As a dishwasher you willmaintaina clean kitchen, properly wash and sort soiled dishes, andprepfoods as needed.Keepsdish area free of clutter and organized. Set up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks. Maintain clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Under the direction of theChef, you willbe responsible forall dishwashing and general cleaning.
Report to work on time in the proper uniform and obey all company rules and regulations.
Meet all dishwashing needs to ensure the kitchen and dining run smoothly during peak business levels.
Ensure standards of appearance and sanitation are maintainedon a daily basis
Maintain good safety practices.
Take fast andappropriate actionto solve problems.
Maintainlineof communication between the Chef and the Kitchen.
Keepdisharea neat and clean throughout service.
Be ready toassistothers if needed for food preparation.
Need to have the ability to interact at any time with guests and other employees in a pleasant manner andmaintaingood working relationships with others and all departments at Snowbird.
WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
0-6 months of job-specific work experience withdemonstratedcompetence.
Must be 18+
Food Handler Permit
Demonstrate competency in operating dish machines and chemicals
Requires some exercise of judgement within policy guidelines and without supervisory approval.
Requires problem solving and initiation of activities within job description andhavea strong understanding of other Snowbird operations.
SCHEDULE
Shifts vary, may be early morning or late evening, weekends, holidays, depending on business levels
Must be prepared to stay overnight, if necessary, on occasional times of road closures
