Ponderosa in Butler, PA is looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasherto join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment to ensure an excellent dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dish machines or by hand.
Ensure all cleaned items are properly sanitized and stored.
Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen.
Remove trash and recycling, and keep floors clean and dry.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist kitchen staff with other cleaning or prep tasks as needed.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the manager.
Qualifications:
Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be at least 16 years old.
Schedule:
Part-time hours
Includes evenings, weekends, and some holidays as needed
