Job Description
Dishwasher
The dishwasher will make sure dishes are properly cleaned for food service.
Essential Functions:
▪ Fill sinks with proper cleaning solutions and change as needed.
▪ Clean and organize dirty pans, plates, containers, etc.
▪ Check trash cans regularly and take out trash.
▪ Run any dirty dishes or unclean plates/utensils through dishwasher.
▪ Return all plates to front service area and place on proper shelves.
▪ Have broom and clean mop ready in case of accidents or spills in both front and back of house.
▪ Make sure all counters, bus bins, glass tops, display cases and dining areas are clean.
▪ Break down all cardboard boxes.
▪ Checking, cleaning and restocking of bathrooms.
▪ Pull up mats from the floor, sweep area and mop both front and back of house.

• The employee is regularly required to use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
• The employee is frequently required to stand and walk
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, distance vision, color vision & focus
Working Conditions: Workplace Environment Conditions
• Kitchen environment.
• The noise level in this workplace is usually moderate to high.
Education and Experience:
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus, however, not required
