Currently seeking team members who are passionate about building lasting vacation memories for owners/guest visiting our resort properties! Are you someone whose service orientated, courtesy, wanting to ensure our owners/guests receive the highest standards of quality of beverage, food and service even though you may not come into direct contact with our guests.

What will I be doing?

Shift: variable

Dishwasher isresponsible for Cleaning and maintaining food & beverage storage/preparation/cooking areas and equipment. Ensuring that they are kept at the highest level of sanitation and quality, while being considered an all-around culinary team member.

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor.
• Confirms that all food items are stored properly to meet with HGVC and state regulations. Clean and wash work area, refrigerator and utensils and prep area for next day. Remove trash and garbage and place in designated area.
• Assist as manager sees fit in other areas of food and beverage such as the marketplace and catering events; willing to "pitch-in" and help co- workers with their job duties and be an outstanding teammate.

• High School/GED
• 6 Months Customer Service experience in a food & beverage position
• Ability to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Food & Beverage industry experience and knowledge
• 1+ Years customer service experience
• Food Safety Certification

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
