<strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br> </div><ul>
<li>Sort and rinse dirty dishes, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine</li>
<li>Sort and stack clean dishes</li>
<li>All clean dishes are properly organized and placed in the correct location</li>
<li>Wash pans and trays by hand</li>
<li>Ability to set up and break down dishwashing area</li>
<li>Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions</li>
<li>Sweep/mop floors</li>
<li>Assemble/disassemble dish machine</li>
<li>Wipe up any spills and ensure kitchen floors remain dry</li>
<li>Notify manager any time dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures</li>
<li>Other duties as directed<br><br><strong>Requirements:</strong>
</li>
<li>High School Diploma/GED</li>
<li>Customer/client focus</li>
<li>Must work well in team atmosphere</li>
<li>Reliable with strong time management skills</li>
<li>Attention to detail</li>
<li>Reliable transportation to/from work</li>
<li>Must meet US Coast Guard physical examination requirements</li>
<li>Must submit to pre-employment drug testing and will then be subject to random screenings as per the US Coast Guard</li>
