Job Description

EXPECTED PAY IS $16 -$16.50 + WITH ASPIRATIONS TO GROW!

AGRICOLA MORRISTOWN, part of Harvest Restaurants is seeking a full time or part time dishwasher with cooking potential and the ability to move up through the ranks of the kitchen at our busiest location in MORRISTOWN, NJ.

We are seeking an entry level worker for morning and evening dishwasher and cook hours. Cleanliness and Sanitation are of utmost importance to us, so we are looking for a very detail oriented hard working individual to lead our dishwashing team.

We believe in affording our team with the same level of service that we strive to deliver to our guests. We provide the extensive training and educational support that allows our team members to grow. We have a Junior Sous Chef development program for like minded hospitality individuals.

Requirements

No experience necessary, will train the right candidate

• Culinary or Hospitality desires a plus

• Resourceful, clean & well organized working habits with attention to detail

• Personable, outgoing, energetic team player with a positive attitude

• Ability to think quick on their feet and multi-task in a fast paced environment

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Flexibility in Schedule

• Ability to stand/move for 6-8 hours, per shift

• Ability to carry up to 50lb
