Job Description

Parkview Healthcare is actively hiring a Dishwasher to support kitchen sanitation and dining operations. The Dishwasher plays an essential role in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment that supports resident nutrition and food service operations. As a Dishwasher, you will work closely with the dietary team to ensure dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and ready for service.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as a Dishwasher
• Operate dishwashing equipment and perform manual scrubbing when needed
• Maintain high sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with facility policies and health regulations
• Keep the dish machine area, kitchen floors, and waste disposal areas clean and organized
• Support dietary staff by restocking supplies and assisting with kitchen workflow during meal service
• Help maintain an organized and safe kitchen environment

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often up to 7+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Previous dietary or kitchen experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
