The role

We’re looking for a true dishwashing champion – someone who supports both our pantry and U Bar. Behind the scenes, you help our food shine by keeping the pantry and displays clean, organised, and well-stocked. You’re an all-rounder and a real team player, always ready to jump in wherever needed. Next to that, you'll be engaged in:

• Clean all cookware and dining materials to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and make sure that guests have the best service
• Co-responsibility for mise en place and setup of the daily F&B offering
• Keeping the pantry, kitchen tools, and floors clean and well-organized
• Ensuring food items are well-stocked and presented with care
• Completing mandatory HACCP checks and flagging concerns or improvement points

We seek an individual who not only serves our guests but also shares a passion for our menu, explaining flavours and creating unforgettable food experiences. You are also driven by a passion for sustainability. Next to this, the following requirements apply: 

• Fluency in English is essential, additional languages are a plus;
• Available on the weekends. Shift start times are flexible, with most shifts starting between 6:00 and 8:00, and some shifts starting between 15:00 and 17:00. This can vary based on operational needs;
• Must have a heart for sustainability;
• You are legally allowed to work in The Netherlands.
